| 摘 要： | 高等学校的快速发展,迫切要求领导干部提高素质与能力。高校领导干部要进一步加强思想作风、学风、工作作风、领导作风和生活作风建设,进一步强化忧患意识、公仆意识、节俭意识、责任意识和团结意识,不断提高自己的素质与能力,以推动高等学校又好又快地向前发展。
