| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志“七一”讲话通篇贯穿了“三个代表”这一核心思想 ,开拓了马克思主义理论新境界。高等教育的改革与发展直接、鲜明、突出地体现了“三个代表”重要思想。贯彻“七一”讲话精神 ,实践“三个代表” ,必须不断加强和改进学校党的建设 ,培养更多的素质全面的创造性人才 ,加快科学技术的创新和成果转化。

| Abstract: | In his important speech on July 1st this year,Party General Secretary Jiang Zemin expounded the "Three Represents" Theory,which throws a new light on Marxism and gives guidelines to the higher education reform and development.We should,in accordance with the gist of the speech,further carry out the construction of Party in universities,cultivate more creative and all around developed talents,and accelerate the development and transference of science and technology. |
