| 摘 要： | 城市发展必须因地制宜,走特色城市化道路。青岛经济技术开发区依托其经济基础、产业基础、社会基础和体制机制基础优势,探索形成了经济技术开发区特色城市化道路,其主要特色是好中求快、快中求稳、稳中求变,推动了农业经济向工业经济、农村向城市、农民向市民的转变,进一步提升了特色城市化水平。
