| 摘 要： | 本文利用层次分析法对迁西县“三北”防护林体系建设工程的社会影响进行了分析评价。结果显示，迁西县“三北”防护林体系工程的社会影响巨大，它产生的经济、社会和生态效益与未实施“三北”防护林体系工程以前相比变化显著。最后，文章在层次分析结果基础上，总结出迁西县“三北”防护林工程建设带给我们的重要启示。 |

| Abstract: | Analytical Hierarchy Process was used to evaluate the social influence of Three-North Shelterbelt Project in Qianxi County.The results indicated that the social influence of Three-North Shelterbelt Project in Qianxi was significant,and the comprehensive benefits including economic,social and ecological benefits were 60 times more than the years before the Three-North Shelterbelt Project putting in practice.Finally,based on analytical results,some important apocalypses were summarized. |
