| 摘 要： | 实践中 ,贪污贿赂案件经常产生一些疑难问题。在特定的情况下 ,赋予犯罪嫌疑人特定的举证责任作为侦控方负举证责任的例外 ,对于合法、有效地打击贪污贿赂犯罪 ,具有重大意义。
