| 摘 要： | 企业创新发展的风险及其管理是新经济时代企业创新发展能否成功不可回避的现实问题。该文首先从管理学的角度阐述了风险的概念及特征、企业创新风险的概念及时代特点 ,在此基础上 ,又分析了企业创新发展风险的来源 ,研究了新经济时代加强企业创新风险管理的基本思路与对策。

| Abstract: | Risks of innovative development of enterprises and their management are inevitable and practical problems depending whether the innovation and development of enterprises in the new economy era will be successful or not. This thesis firstly illustrates the concepts and traits of risks, the concepts and times traits of innovation risks in enterprises from the angles of management science; on this basis, it also analyzes the source of risks from the innovation and development in enterprises; at last, it focuses on studying the basic thought and policies of strengthening the innovation risks management of enterprises in the new economy era. |
