| 摘 要： | 法制区域性问题是法律理论和实践中存在的一个现实问题,它和法制的统一性问题相辅相成.由于我国是一个多法域国家,研究不同地区法制的区域性就成为现实的必然.西藏自治区是藏民族居住较为集中的区域,除民族特征外,其特殊的社会历史条件、法制实践和立法现实奠定了西藏地区特殊法域的基础.文章着重分析西藏地方法制的区域性特征,阐释西藏民族地区法制区域性存在的现实,以期为西藏民族地方的法制建设服务.
