维权话语与抗争逻辑——中国农村群体性抗争事件研究的回顾与思考

从理论发展的角度来看,中国农村群体性抗争事件的研究围绕着农民维权话语的建构和农民群体性抗争模式总结两条主线展开。转型时期农民平等权的缺失成为维权话语建构的社会基础。在农民维权的大背景下,学术界对农民的群体性抗争行为进行了总结,提出“日常抵抗”、“依法抗争”、“以法抗争”、“草根动员”和“依势博弈”等五种抗争模式。本文在回顾五种抗争模式的基础上对各种模式存在的问题做了分析和说明。并就农村群体性抗争事件研究中存在的问题进行了思考。

Discourse for Defending Rights and Resistance Logic-Study review and reflection on mass resistances in rural areas of China

From the theoretical point of view, the author clarifies the mass resistances in rural areas of China, following two main clues: the discourse construction of the peasants’ defending their rights and the mass resistance model of peasants. The absence of the equality right of peasants in transitional period has become the social basis of constructing the discourses for defending rights. In the context of peasants’ defending their rights, the scholars have classified the mass resistance behavior of peasants into five patterns: "everyday resistance", "rightful resistance", "resistance by law", "grass-roots mobilization" and "fighting with great power", etc. In this paper, the author analyzes and explains the problems existing in the five kinds of resistance patterns, and points out and discusses the problems existing in studying the mass resistances in rural areas of China, on the basis of recalling the five kinds of resistance patterns,
