| 摘 要： | 国际贸易中的反倾销已成为各国贸易保护的主要工具之一,而中国已成为反倾销投诉最多的国家,从而成为中国企业国际化进程中的瓶颈.如何突破这一障碍,中国企业已无法回避.本文针对现状,提出了跨越这一障碍的四大对策.

| Abstract: | Anti-dumping has become into one of the most important tools for protection in international trade. China has become the main target, which has become the bottleneck of globalization process for enterprises in China. How to breakthrough this barrier is a problem the Chinese enterprises cannot avoid. This article puts forward four ways to jump this barrier. |
