深生态学视域下海洋资源开发与保护实现机制研究

摘    要:与浅生态学所秉持的人类中心主义所不同,深生态学主张以整个生态系统的利益为终极目标,把人类和自然界看成是一个相互依赖、相互联系的有机整体。从深生态学理论出发,在构建深生态学视域下海洋资源开发与保护的DPSIR模型的基础上,进一步构建了深生态学视域下海洋资源开发与保护实现机制的DPSIR模型,该模型由驱动力机制、压力调节机制、状态影响预警机制和响应保障机制四部分构成,并强调多主体共同参与以实现协同效应。这一概念模型的建立对于促进海洋资源开发和保护的良性、可持续发展具有重要的理论和实践指导意义。

Abstract:Differing from the anthropocentrism which holds shallow ecological view, deep ecology proposes that the entire ecological system should be the ultimate goal, and that human and nonhuman life in nature should be viewed as an interdependent and interrelated system. Starting from the theory of deep ecology, the paper builds an implementation mechanism DPSIR model of ocean resource development and protection. The implementation mechanism model includes driven mechanism, pressure regulating mechanism, early warning mechanism of state, and influence and response and guarantee mechanism. The conception model is of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting sustainable development of ocean resource development and protection.
