| 摘 要： | 乡级民主是村民自治的逻辑延伸。四川省在乡镇改革中以乡镇选举制度改革为突破口推进乡级民主建设,起到了良好的示范效应,取得了积极成效,但同时也存在着大众参与机制不足、制度设计不够完善等问题,需要广大理论工作者和实际工作者进一步深入的研究和实践。

| Abstract: | Village-and-township-leveled democracy is the logical extension of villagers autonomy. Village and township reform in Sichuan Province has made positive effects and achievements but there still exist problems such as the lack of the mechanism for the involvement of the public and the imperfection of the system design. This needs the massive theoretical workers and practical implementers to explore further. |
