摘    要:为缓解我国农业面源污染全面超过工业污染和城市污染且仍被轻视的严峻形势,探讨了生态农业工程的实验研究方法:知识、信息系统集成法,以建议项目“宁乡水稻化工总厂”的清洁生产为个案,阐明了生态农业产业化主导型循环经济模式及其技术路线。认为:生态农业产业化主导型循环经济模式是一个节能、降耗、清洁生产的,能实现资源——能源——环境一体化的联产技术系统,其成败的关键是清洁生产技术路线的合理化与可操作性,以及产品生产的优质低成本工艺。

Abstract:The paper deals with an experimental research method concerning ecological agricultural engineering a method integrating knowledge and information systems in order to alleviate the severe situation agriculture in China faces, i. e. non -source pollution in agriculture has exceeded industrial and urban pollution on an overall scale, which still remains underestimated and neglected The paper expounds on the major recycling economic pattern of ecological agricultural industrialization and its technical route with a case study of clean production Ningxiang Paddy Rice Chemical Factory. The findings of the research is that this mode is a resource - energy - environment - integrated multi - joint - production technical system characteristic of energy conservation, consumption reduction and clean production and that the key to its success or failure lies in reasonableness, rationalization and operability, and cost-effective quality clean production process.
