新疆高校双语教学师资队伍建设研究——以和田师范专科学校为例

摘    要:和田师范专科学校是新疆唯一一所以培养南疆中小学师资力量为主的师范专科学校。其主要面临:双语教师培养载体即大力推进在职教师的学历提高工作缺乏后劲;师资队伍整体汉语科研能力相对较低;“近亲繁殖”较严重但还没有找到解决这一问题的有效办法;高层次高学历双语专业人才仍然较缺而高层次双语人才引进有难度等问题。要长期坚持“送出去,引进来”的师资培养方针;结合科研振兴和“教授工程”,3—5年组建一支科研骨干力量;继续推进“七有建设”,加大在职青年双语教师的汉语和专业素质的培训力度是解决问题的出路。

Abstract:Hotan Teachers Institute is the only one establishment in south Xinjiang where primary and middle school teachers are cultivated. The main problems it encounters are that the in-service teaeher development lacks an energetic sustainable propulsion, the overal scientific research on Chinese is relativce low, an effective method has not been found to tackle the issue that its own graduated teachers teach students and there have been many problems in inteodueing high-level bilingual personnel. To solve the problems, measures must be taken to send teachers out to receive further edueation while introduce high-level teaehers, to cultivate a batch of principal researchers and reinforce in-service Chinese and professional training.
