| 摘 要： | 革新我国农业科技推广制势在必行。美国案例分析表明,农业推广教育是社会公益性事业,故首要的职责在政府;又是一个系统工程,农业部门和教育机构要通力合作,高校尤其是高校的农学院在其中要居于核心地位;推广服务的内容须全面,并与时俱进。

| Abstract: | It is definite to innovate the system of our Agricultural and Technological Promotion.According to the Case analysis of America,the agriculture that promotes education belongs to the social welfare,so the government should take on the principal responsibility.The agriculture that promotes education is also a systematic project,so the agriculture section and education institution should co-orporate together.Universities and colleges,especially the universities and colleges for agriculture,should play a core role.The contents of the promotion service should be comprehensive and should keep pace with the times. |
