义务教育师资失衡的现状分析及对策

均衡师资配置是义务教育均衡发展的重要环节,但我国义务教育师资配置却存在失衡现象,主要表现为地区、城乡和校际间的数量失衡和结构失衡。深究义务教育师资配置失衡现象的背后,经济发展失衡是地区失衡的根本原因,社会体制失衡是城乡失衡的直接原因,教育政策失衡是校际失衡的主要原因,而教育投入不均衡则是主要的制约因素。在考察现象、分析原因的基础上,本文从完善相关政策、加大教育投入、规范师资流动以及加强师资培训四个方面提出了均衡义务教育师资配置的相关策略。
