国内住宅福利与住房保障研究

住宅是国内学者研究的焦点领域,通过对国内学者关于住宅福利和住房保障研究内容的梳理,发现当前我国关于住宅福利与住房保障研究大体来讲分为三个方面:对住宅权和居住公平的研究;对住房保障和住房改革的研究以及对住房政策体系的建构与政府角色的研究。借鉴国外关于住房保障与政策经验,吸收国内学者对住宅领域研究的丰富成果,可以发现不同时期的研究偏重与政策内涵,同时也发现掌握全面的住宅资料、厘清住宅福利与住房保障等概念对于提升居民住宅福利、促进住宅产业良性发展的重要性。

Review on the Researches of Residential Welfare and Housing Security in China

Scholars in China are keen on the housing problems.They have paid their attention on three primary fields as followed: the residential right and housing impartialty;housing security and housing reform;the construction of housing policy system and the role of Chinese government.Learning from the experiences of the developed countries and referring to the researches of our scholars,we could find the research stresses and policy implications of different periods.Trough the review we think it is critical for us to grasp more information of housing,and it is also important to differentiate the concepts between residential welfare and housing security.These efforts are beneficial to elevating the quality of housing and stimulating the housing industry.
