| 摘 要： | 孔子的行政伦理观是孔子行政伦理思想的核心,其主要内容有:为国以“礼”、为政以德、为政“仁人”等。探析这些思想对我国当前推行行政伦理建设,贯彻“以人为本”的执政理念有很强的理论指导意义和实践价值。

| Abstract: | The Confucius' opinion on administrative ethics is the key part of the idea system in Confucius' administrative ethics, with its contents mainly including three aspects: controlling a country by proprieties; exercising government by means of the virtue; running government by means of loving people etc. It has great theoretical significance and pinactical value to research these thoughts in terms of improving the system of ethics, strengthening "official ethics", building and implementing the ruling concepts of "peopleoriented" nowadays. |
