汉语语用语法研究的设想

汉语语用语法研究，就是要根据汉语的语言事实，以汉语的研究为基础，合理吸收、借鉴中外语用学理论和方法，研究交际者的认知能力、背景知识、交际意图、交际场合以及语境、语用预设等语用因素对句式、句式变体的选择和制约，语序与表述重心和信息焦点的关系，主题和述题以及语句内部的新旧信息分布规律，从而阐释语用介入语法/句法的语用理据。这种研究，无论是对语法研究，还是对语用研究，都是大有益处的。

A Tentative Proposal for the Pragmantax of Chinese

The pragmantax of Chinese, which is to be based on the language facts of Chinese and the researches in Chinese syntax, attempts to study, by adopting the theories and methods of pragmatics home and abroad, (l) the functions of such factors as the cognitive ability of the speaker, the background knowledge, the communicative intention, the verbal situation, the context, the pragmatic presupposition, etc. In choosing and regulating the clause patterns and their variants, (2) the relationship between word order and expressive weight/information focus, (3) topic and comment and (4) information distribution regularities within the clause, so as to find out the pragmatic motivations for the pragmantax of Chinese. Such a study will prove to be valuable in both syntactic and pragmatic studies.
