| Abstract: | In this paper, an index system of sports service quality is established through study and research. According to the subjectivity and fuzziness of the indexes information and utilizing information entropy of multiple--attribute decision making under uncertainty, a model of fuzzy evaluation of sports service quality is established. Application of this model is also introduced through case analysis. |
