Analysis on government's study-loan policy

With the development of higher education,more and more problems about students with financial drawbacks have arisen and this situation has become out-standing.Higher education need for funds is ever increasing and national study-loan policy is made accordingly.Theoretically,it is a practical policy made for the development of the education cause,the fairness of higher education,and social justice.It influences individual and organizational behaviors with the essence to coordinate and balance the benefits among students,universities and the society.In practice,the four sides-students,universities,governments and banks-benefit from the study-loan policy to different degrees.To keep the study-loan policy developing healthily,each side must make great efforts as well as cooperate with each other.
