| 摘 要： | 综述了微波等离子体化学气相沉积(MWPCVD:Microwave Plasma Chenical Vapor Deposi-tion)新技术在人工合成金刚石方面的最新工作;阐述了人工合成金刚石的历史、金刚石的分类和类金刚石;着重介绍了微波等离子体系统的一种实验装置、原理及沉积金刚石的机理。

| Abstract: | The recent progress of microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition(MWPCVD)in the field of synthetic diamonds is summarized in this paper.The historyof synthetic diamonds,the diamond classification,the diamond-like carbon,an apparatusof MWPCVD and a mechanism for diamond formation by it are introduced. |
