农村劳动力转移对陕西经济增长贡献的实证研究

农村劳动力转移在提高劳动生产率方面的作用形式是通过农业部门与非农部门之间的劳动生产率之间的差异实现的。由于非农部门劳动生产率高于农业部门,因而农村劳动力的转移正是劳动力从低生产率的部门向高生产率的部门转移,所以,在劳动力的部门转移过程中必然伴随生产率的提高。陕西省整体农业发展水平不高,正因为如此,农业部门劳动力向非农部门转移有着更为积极的意义。文中1978-2005年间的陕西省内劳动生产率分析印证了农村劳动力转移在提高劳动生产率方面的积极作用,同时为加速这种劳动力的移动提出了一定的对策建议。

Quantitative Study on the Contibution of Labour Transfer to Economic Growth of Shaanxi

The transfer of rural labor force raises the labor productivity because the difference of labor productivity between sectors exists.As non-agricultural sector labor productivity is higher than agricultural sector,then rural labor transfers from low productivity labour sector to high productivity sector.Therefore,while the labor transfers,the productivity increases.The overall agricultural development of Shaanxi Province is not very high,so agricultural sector labour transfer is much positive to its development.The labor productivity of Shaanxi province from 1978 to 2005 is analyzed,and the positive role of rural laobor transfer in enhancing labor productivity is confirmed.At last some proposals are given for speeding up the movement of labour force.
