乡城流动对夫妻家庭性别分工的影响研究

在我国城市化进程中,大量农民家庭举家流入城市,这种＂家庭化流动＂对中国城市和乡村的发展及稳定具有深刻影响,但流动对这些家庭本身的影响如何？本研究在流动与性别相关研究理论的指导下,运用访谈和问卷调查的社会学研究方法,对居住在北京市海淀区马连洼街道的89户农民工流动家庭流动前后的性别分工状况进行了研究和分析,从而得出流动在一定程度上改变了农民工流动家庭的性别分工的结论。

The Impact of Rural-urban Migrationon Gendered Division of Laborin Rural-urban Migrant Households

During the process of urbanization in China,many surplus rural laborers have to leave the rural area and seek urban employment.Recently,rural-urban migration of entire peasant family has become the new trend of this tide.In this article,how the rural-urban migration challenges the traditional gender and patriarchy was examined based on the empirical study on 89 rural-urban migrant households in Beijing.We conclude that rural-urban household movement has to some extent changed the pattern of gender-based division of labor.
