辽宁医学院2006级新生心理健康调查

目的:了解辽宁医学院2006级本科新生的心理健康状况并发现可能出现的问题,以期对医学生的心理健康培养提供科学依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对辽宁医学院2006级新生进行调查,选取1 286人进行心理问卷测试,并对筛查出的学生进行个别访谈。结果:(1)本校新生强迫、焦虑、恐怖、偏执及精神病性因子显著高于常模。(2)SCL-90因子分≥3分的检出结果显示强迫症状4.0%、人际敏感3.7%、抑郁2.3%分别排在前三位。(3)女生在恐怖因子上显著高于男生(t=3.40,P<0.01)。结论:辽宁医学院2006级新生整体心理健康状况良好。

Mental Health Diagnoses of Freshmen in Liaoning Medical University

Objective:To explore the mental health of freshmen in Liaoning Medical University and find the potential problems and to provide scientific evidence for cultivating the mental health of the freshmen in Liaoning Medical University.Methods:This study used the self-report symptom inventory(Symptom Check List,90) to survey 1286 number of freshmen and interview with some individuals.Results:(1) The freshmen in Liaoning Medical University showes higher gene in compulsion,anxiety,phobia,paranoia,psychosis than norms.(2) The result showes that compulsion is 4.0%,interpersonal relationship is 3.7%,depression is 2.3%,which are listed in the first,the second and the third according to the check result of equal or more than three score of SCL-90' factors.(3) Female students showes higher phobia(t=3.40,P<0.01) than male students.Conclusion: This study finds that the whole mental health status of the freshmen in LiaoNing Medical University is good.
