| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清TPS和CA125与卵巢癌的关系,为卵巢癌的临床诊断、病情监测提供新方法.方法用ELISA法分别检测卵巢良性肿瘤和卵巢癌患者化疗前后血清TPS和CA125水平.结果卵巢癌患者血清TPS和CA125水平均较良性肿瘤患者高,差异有显著性(P＜0.01).血清TPS和CA125诊断卵巢癌的敏感度和特异度无差别.卵巢癌患者2疗程化疗后血清TPS和CA125水平显著下降.结论血清TPS和CA125均可作为卵巢癌诊断、病情监测的临床指标,二者联合检测可提高其临床应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship of TPS and CA125 to ovarian cancer, in order to determine their clinical significance in diagnosis and monitoring of ovarian cancer. Method Serum levels of TPS and CA125 are both detected by means of ELISA in patients with ovarian neoplasm and the variation of them before and after chemotherapy in patients treated as ovarian cancer. Results Both serum TPS and CA125 levels in carcinoma patients are significantly higher than that in be- nign patients (P<0.01). Serum TPS and CA125 show similar sensitivities and speci- ficities in diagnosis of ovarian cancer and their levels both decrease significantly after 2 couse of chemotherapy (P<0.01). Conclusion Serum TPS and CA125 are both useful in the diagnosis and monitoring of ovarian cancer. Their clinical value can be increased by combined use of them. |
