| 摘 要： | 刑事立法语言是一种特殊的立法语言。首先,它是在民族共同语的基础上所形成的一种专门语言载体;其次,它是刑法典、单行刑法、附属刑法所使用的一种专门语言载体;第三,它表述刑事立法意图,以罪刑关系为核心;第四,刑事立法语言使用的主体是全国人民代表大会及其常务委员会;最后,它具有一定规则性。

| Abstract: | Criminal legislative language is a kind of special legislative language. Firstly, it is a technical language Carrie; on the basis of common national language. Secondly, as a kind of a special kind of legislative language, it is a special language carrier used in criminal law, special law and auxiliary law. Thirdly, it conveys criminal legislative ideas and takes the relationship between crime and punishment as the core. Fourthly, the mainbody of using criminal legislative language is the National People's Congress or the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress. Finally, it has regularity. |
