| 摘 要： | 面对经济全球化、信息技术发展高速化、企业竞争日趋激烈的市场环境,企业团队管理已成为现代企业管理的主流模式。该文对团队管理的价值取向及其困境进行了分析,并以系统论的结构功能原理为理论依据,提出了团队管理效能发挥的一些措施。

| Abstract: | At present, economy is becoming a whole world phenomenon, the development of the information techonology is in high speed, the company' s competition is intensive, in such market environment, team management has become the essential model of modern company. Based on the principle of structure-function in systems theory, the thesis has come up with some solutions which can develop the efficiency of team management , through analyzing the value orientation and predicament of team management. |
