| Abstract: | The innovatory education is a necessary requiremen t for fosternig innovatory talents in the age of intelligent economy and higher learning institutions are basic front for implementing innovatory education.Howe ver,in practice there are many disadvantageous factors which restrict innovatory education in higher learning institutions Thus we should earnestly make analysi s and research,and work out relevant countermeasures to promote innovatory educa tion in higher learning institutions in order to meet the needs of socialist con struction of modernization. |
