| 摘 要： | 高校贯彻落实科学发展观，领导班子是关键。高校领导班子必须注重加强思想建设、能力建设、制度建设，树立正确的政绩观，坚持解放思想、以人为本、求真务实，努力提高科学决策能力、聚才用才能力、改革创新能力和统筹协调能力，才能领导和推进学校科学健康的发展。

| Abstract: | The leadership is a key to implementing the scientific concept of development in the university.It must focus on strengthening its construction in ideology,capability and system,and take a correct attitude toward achievements.It should emancipate its mind,stick to man-oriented policy,become practical and enhance its abilities to make scientific decisions,to gather and use talents,to innovate and coordinate.Only then is it able to lead and promote the healthy development of universities. |
