| Abstract: | The U.S.A. regarded containing China as main object after the Korean War. Japan turned to gradually augment armament. At the same time, the status of Republic of Korea in American's strategy was advanced. In order to establish the collective security system in the Asia-Pacific region, the United States urged both sides to reach normalization. |
