| Abstract: | The implementation of quality education is one of the important component parts to realize the strategic goals of the China in 21st century. However, quite a few people fail to attach the great importance to its urgency to some extent in terms of conception. The paper analyses some restraints in this respects and discusses some ways in order to do a better job at colleges and universities. |
