| 摘 要： | 高校是统战人员集中的地方，民主党派新成员多，党派比较齐全。在新世纪新阶段面对新的形势和任务，要求我们必须准确把握党派成员的特点，不断增强基层组织的凝聚力，从而发挥其生机与活力，为发展社会主义民主政治和建设社会主义政治文明做出贡献，最大限度地为发展稳定和经济建设服务。

| Abstract: | Higher education institutions are places where the United Front members are gathering,where there are many new members of China's various democratic parties. In the face of the new situation and tasks of the new century and new period, we must keep strengthening the cohesive force of the basic organization of these parties so as to make them, with their renewed energy and vitality, play an important role in maintaining social development and stability as well as in the construction of Chinese socialist democracy and political civilization. |
