| 摘 要： | 法理学的研究对象是极其复杂的,法理学的理论体系因之亦是极其复杂的。我国法理学理论体系缺乏研究和梳理,使得我国法理学的教学和教材体系极度混乱。西方法理学理论体系学说中最具借鉴意义的是三分说和综合说,我国法理学理论体系应是由本体论、价值论、运行论(包括运行环境)三大部分组成的统一体。

| Abstract: | The research object of jurisprudence is extremely complicated, so does the theoretical system of jurisprudence. The theoretical system of jurisprudence in our country is lack of study, which leads to chaos and confusion in the teaching material of jurisprudence. The most significant parts of references in western jurisprudence system are the three-fold division and comprehensive law. The theoretical system of jurisprudence of our country should be a unity that consists of ontology, value theory, and operation theory. |
