| 摘 要： | 作为一名社会工作者 ,尤其是从事个案社会工作的工作者 ,他所服务的对象是形形色色具有各种性格、不同特征的个人。因此 ,了解特定案主的特殊性格、行为偏好、思维方式等以区别与其他个体的特征 ,就显得尤为重要。而这些特征就是所谓人格。弗洛伊德的人格理论是个案社会工作的理论基础 ,同时也是个案社会工作的指导方法。

| Abstract: | A social worker,especially as a worker engaging in individual cases of social work,serves various persons who have different characters.Therefore,he should learn case person's character,behaviour,hobby,thinking way which can make different from others,Such characteristics are so-called personality.The personality theory of Freud is the theoretical foundation for individual cases of social work and is also guiding method to social work of individual cases. |
