| Abstract: | The university teaching staff are the backbone of the higher education in China. Their physical and psychological health can not only influence the success in their career, but also affect the sound growth of their students. Researchers indicate that some teachers in the university are not psychologically healthy. They should reshape themselves and establish a good health psychologically. This is critical to the sound development of the whole society. |
