| 摘 要： | 犯罪低龄化是全球性的社会问题,如何治理未成年犯罪成为世界各国刑法理论界关注的热点。结合我国刑典的有关规定,对争议颇大的从宽处罚、缓刑、累犯、附加刑、非刑罚处理等问题,进行严肃而又积极的探讨,将有助于完善我国的未成年刑罚制度。

| Abstract: | Juvenile delinquency is a global social problem.And how to punish juvenile offenders has become the hot spot attractive to the circle of the criminal law theory in all countries.Therefore,in accordance with the related stipulations in our country's Penal Code,we should make serious and active explorations of the issues such as lenient punishment,probation,cumulative offense and non-criminal punishment.This will help to perfect our country's system of punishment for juvenile offenders. |
