DENG Xiao-ping's Criticism and Borrowing of the Ruling Experience of the Soviet Communist Party

The experience and mode of managing the government, which applied by the Soviet Communist Party, have a profound Impact on the Chinese Communist Party. As a great theorist of the Party construction ,DengXiaoping was practical and realistic. He brought forth new ideas on the basis of the situation of China; use others' experience as reference while criticizing;inherit some ideas while abandon other ones. He firmly insisted on the seniority of the Party, the purity of the Organization, the efficiency of the democratic centralization, the flexibility of the managing method, and the up-to-date mission.
