| Abstract: | With the rapid development of science and technology as well as the comprehensive society progress,soft science is getting more and more attention as an important driving power.The establishment of the dynamic alliance of resource pool for soft science can be considered as an efficient solution to make best use of soft science research resources,in order to promote the technological advancement,economic prosperity and social development.From the viewpoint of soft science research mechanism,this paper proposes the building of an organizational model for dynamic alliance of soft science research resource pool,and discusses the basic structure for its operation. |
