| 摘 要： | 中共中央国务院《关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》提出了建立健全覆盖城乡居民的基本医疗卫生制度的总体工作目标。我国目前的各项医疗保险制度在政策衔接、操作技术和管理职能等方面仍存在不协调的问题。在回顾我国医疗保险制度发展历程、分析医疗保障服务体系运行中存在的问题的基础上,提出进一步完善医疗保障服务体系的相关对策。

| Abstract: | The State Council of CPCC has put forward to a general goal in The View of Deepen the Medical and Medicine System Reform that to built a basic medical and hygiene system that cover rural and city people.The medical insurance system of our country doesn＇t coordinate right now in many aspects,such as the link up of different policies,the operate technology and management function.On the basis of looking back to the history of medical insurance system,and analyze the problems of medical insurance service,the article put forward to some countermeasures to perfect the medical insurance service system. |
