| 摘 要： | 企业国有股东权益是国有资产的重要组成部分,维护国有股东权益就是保护国有资产。当国有股东权益受到侵犯时,可以使用公司诉讼的方式维护国有股东权益。本文试图通过笔者对《公司法》及《民事案件案由规定》的理解,对有关国有股权的诉讼以分类论述,并附以案例相佐证,以期说明公司诉讼也是实现国有资产保值增值的有效方式。

| Abstract: | The rights and interests of state stockholders are main parts which consist of state-owned assets.Securing the rights and interests of state stockholders means protecting state-owned assets.In the case of violation of state stockers' rights and interests,a company's litigating way can be used for protection.As far as the author knows about Corporate Law and Regulation on Brief of a Civil Law Case,this paper makes attempt at analyzing the litigations of state stockholders in taxonomy.With the case study,it is expected to be confirmed that a company's litigating way is also an effective way to secure and increase the value of state assets. |
