| Abstract: | There is a close link between the development of township enterprises and the construction of small cities and towns. In this essay, the theoretical basis of their interacting development and their interacting relationship are discussed, and counter measures are put forward to promote their mutual development. Accordingly, this essay is sure to be theoretically and practically significant in pushing forward the development of township enterprises and the construction of small cities and towns both in China and in the city of Handan. |
