企业社会责任构建的原则和对策——以海西企业为例

政府和社会各界对企业推进社会责任建设日益关注。当前,企业社会责任建设在取得一些成绩的同时,还存在诸多不足之处。企业社会责任的构建应坚持社会各界积极参与原则、循序渐进原则、依据企业情况区别对待原则、以人为本原则、大力弘扬历史文化原则。要强化企业社会责任,须将软环境建设作为突破口,构建与企业类型、层次相适应的社会责任模式,并着力强化企业工会的职能作用。

Principles and countermeasures of constructing corporate social responsibility——Taking enterprises in the economic zone on the west side of the Straits as cases

The government and social circles increasingly pay attention to promote corporate social responsibility.Though the construction of corporate social responsibility has achieved in some aspects at present,there are still many deficiencies.The construction of corporate social responsibility should adhere to the principles such as public active participation,step by step,discriminatory based upon a company′s conditions,people-oriented,and promoting the historic culture.To further improve corporate social responsibility,building the soft environment should be taken as a start,and to construct corporate social responsibility model adapted to the enterprise type and scale,meanwhile to make efforts to strengthen the function of trade unions.
