对扬长教育的微观解析

摘    要:扬长教育就是相信每个学生都拥有各自不同的优势,主张发现每个学生身上的优势和差别,以充分利用和开发学生的潜能,达到从整体上促进学生用个性和谐发展的目的。因此,扬长教育能抓住个体快速发展的关键,公正而全面地评价学生,从而提升学生学习的动力。它抛弃了传统教育的思维模式,高效而巧妙地解决了教育与社会需求的矛盾。其深刻的理论内涵,也证明了个性教育的科学性和全面发展教育思想的本质,并重新审视教育这一概念。

Abstract:Advantage-promoting education argues that we should accept,discover,and make best use of students' individual differences and their own advantages and that students' potential should be exploited and explored so as to comprehensively promote students' harmonious development.This education holds the key to the individual's rapid development in that it evaluates students in a comprehensive and just way,raises students' learning motivation,abandons the traditional thinking mode and efficiently and wisely resolves the conflict between education and social needs.The profound theoretical connotation justifies the scientific nature of individual education,ponders on the essence of all-round education and rethinks the concept of education.
