| 摘 要： | 我国加入世贸组织后 ,公共政策存在“越位、错位”、不够透明、效率不高等急需解决的问题。因此 ,应该在“三个代表”思想的指导下 ,大力进行产业政策调整 ,进一步转变政府职能 ,完善社会保障体系 ,以保证我国政策管理真正与WTO规则相适应 ,发挥它在国家与社会发展中的应有作用

| Abstract: | After entering WTO China's public policies require urgent solution to those problems of "cross position,misposition",less transparent and lower efficiency.Under the guidance of "three represents"industrial policies must be requlated qreatly,further change government function,perfect social guaranteeing system,so that china's policy administration really adapts to WTO rules and plays its role in social development. |
