| 摘 要： | 人类社会进入了 2 1世纪 ,人力资本对经济发展的作用越来越大。我国是一个人口大国 ,但又是一个人力资本相对匮乏的国家。我国要实现经济的快速发展 ,必须重视人力资本的作用 ,扩大人力资本投资。
