| 摘 要： | “三农”问题的核心是农民问题。城市化在改变传统社会生产方式的同时,也造就了大量的失地农民和农民工。他们在社会变革中往往处于弱势的地位,劳动权益屡遭侵害,政治权益难以实现,社会权益得不到尊重,其合法权益遭受侵害的现象十分严重。本文分析了城市化进程中农民权益遭受侵害的现象,探讨了农民权益遭受侵害在法律方面的缺失,进而从法律的角度提出了保护农民合法权益的具体建议。

| Abstract: | The key to "Three Issues concerning Agriculture" is the issue of farmer.Urbanization changes traditional mode of production,results in a lot of farmers who lose their land and gives birth to a large number of farmer workers.This paper expounds the phenomenon that farmer's rights and interests are damaged, makes an analysis of the defects in legal system and puts forward some suggestion on how to protect farmer's legal rights and interests. |
