基于学科群建立强化传帮带的讲课教师团队

摘    要:高校的扩招必然使得讲课教师团队中青年教师的比例增加,各学科的日渐融合又要求高校加强学科群的建设.分析了当前学院教师结构及其问题,传帮带的模式、现状和特点,加强学科群建设的要求,提出了强化传帮带,建立基于学科群的讲课教师团队的建议.

Abstract:The expanding of the universities raises the young teachers' proportion in teachers' group,and day by day,the amalgamation of different disciplines calls on strengthening the construction of discipline group.This paper analyzes the present school's teachers' structure and questions,explains the current situation and characteristic of passing on experience,raises the requests of the construction of the discipline group,and brings about the suggestion of strengthening passing-on experience,and setting up the teachers' group based on the discipline group.
