国企员工薪酬内部公平问题与解决对策--以浙江T环保公司为个案研究

摘    要:本研究以T公司为个案,采用访谈、文献分析等研究方法.研究结果表明:企业薪酬存在内部公平性问题.为此,企业必须做好岗位评估工作,并建立完善有效的绩效管理体系与激励约束机制,要以贡献为主整合各方面员工的利益,增强薪酬制度的民主性与透明性,同时要培养员工正确的公平观.

Abstract:This article reveals the issue of internal equity of salary by T environmental protection corporation in Zhejiang province as case study,under interviews and document analysis,etc. The result of the study shows: there are some problems of internal equity of salary in SOE. To resolve the problems, SOE must make the post evaluation efficient, set up perfect and effective performance management system and mechanism of encouragement and restriction, regulate the benefit of employees by assessing their contribution, make the salary system democratic and open, and cultivate the correct views of equity of employees.
