生态农业示范园区对农户参与和影响因素的研究——以“双链型”生态农业示范园区为例

在“双链型”生态农业示范园区,采用“公司 基地 农户”运行机制,实现无公害农产品产业化生产经营。农户参与后生产特征发生明显变化,农作日效益显著提高。农户参与先是在少数最初采纳者取得实效后逐步增多的,这是直接参与型,在基地打工的为间接参与型。农户决策模式有求变创新型、利益优先型和跟风随大流型。农户决策机制的着眼点集中在多赚钱、有指导、代垫本和包销售等几方面。影响农户决策的因素很多,公司的运行绩效和服务起主导作用。

Studies on the Farm Households'''' Participants and Influencing Factors in the Development of Agricultural Demonstration District

In the "double-chain" eco-agriculture demonstration district,the model of "company demonstration base farm households" is adopted in the production and marketing of harmless agricultural products.The characteristics of the farming systems have obviously changed after the farm households participated in the development,the indicator of "daily return of farming activities" was obviously increased.The farmers' participation in the development started with a few adopters,and then the number increased after they had joined profit from the application of the new patterns of production.They are called the direct participants.While those who only do the paid work as the wage labors in demonstration district are the indirect participants.There are models of farm households' decision making:"willing to make changes and innovations","gaining profit as the priority"and "following the trend".The mechanisms of farm households' decision making are based on making much money,having technicl advice,getting the relevant inputs from the company in credit and having guaranteed marketing service from the company.The study showed that among the various factors influencing the farm households to mark decision,the operation or management perormance of the company and its sevices are the most important factors.
