| 摘 要： | 营造和谐创新型企业是企业充分利用"黄金发展期"的机会、规避"矛盾突显期"的风险、实现可持续发展的有效手段.企业的和谐力由硬性和谐力和软性和谐力组成,企业的创新力由学习力和革新力组成.通过和谐力和创新力的互相耦合可以提高企业的整体创新力.营造和谐创新型企业的具体方法有竞争与竞合共生机制、"增正减负三·三"制和"三个和谐"双赢机制等.

| Abstract: | Constructing an harmonious and innovative enterprise is an effective way to utilize the opportunities in the golden developing period,avoid the risks in the period full of conflicts,and realize the sustainable development.The harmonious power in the enterprise is composed of hard harmonious power and soft harmonious power,and the innovative power is composed of learning power and innovatory power.The whole innovative power can be improved by integrating the harmonious power and learning power.The symbiosis mechanism of competition and collaboration,the "3&3" mechanism to increase positive factors and reduce negative ones,as well as the "3 harmony" win-win mechanism are the methods to constructing an harmonious and innovative enterprise. |
